Pre-release account deletion

Last updated September 14, 2026

AI MCC Studio does not require an account. A limited number of records exist from authorized pre-release identity and backend tests.

Self-service deletion is not implemented. This page explains how to request removal of a historical test account.

Request deletion of a test account

If you participated in an authorized account test, email support@aimcc.studio from the same email address used for that test. State that you want the pre-release AI MCC Studio account and associated account data deleted. Do not send a password, one-time code, authentication token, or identity document in the initial message.

Support must verify that the requester controls the account before deleting it. The request is intended to cover the Microsoft Entra External ID customer identity and AIMCC identity-map and account-state records associated with that account. If a record must be retained for a verified security, fraud-prevention, legal, or regulatory reason, the final production process must disclose the category, reason, and retention period rather than merely freezing the account.

Historical records

Historical account and service records are separate from the local app, which does not require an account. Records may need to be retained where required for verified security or legal reasons.

The pre-release backend does not yet have an automated deletion endpoint. Support will review the request, remove data that can be deleted, and explain any specific records that must be retained for legal or security reasons.

Support correspondence

If you previously emailed support and want to request deletion of that correspondence, email support@aimcc.studio from the same email address. Support correspondence is separate from an AIMCC account-deletion request. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, or other sensitive credentials.
